One-on-One Coaching
My coaching sessions are completely driven by the goals and objectives of my clients. I'm not there to have an ulterior motive; I'm there to serve you in your leadership journey.
Serving in a leadership role is a privilege. It's meaningful work that can have a profound impact on your team, your organization, and the people you serve. But leadership can also be surprisingly lonely.
Whether you're leading a nonprofit, managing a department, directing a project, or serving as a CEO, there are decisions that ultimately rest on your shoulders. Even when others weigh in, you're the one accountable for the outcome.
I know that feeling because I've lived it for most of my career.
I've spent the majority of my professional career in leadership roles – from serving as the chair of different nonprofit organizations to working as the Executive Director (and then the President/CEO) of a rapidly growing housing and victim services agency.
Leadership and executive coaching offers something that many leaders rarely have: confidential space to think.
Because I know what it's like to hold so much responsibility as a leader, I also know firsthand that you don't need another management book. You need somewhere to think.
You need someone to partner with you; someone to hear you express the thoughts in your head out loud in a safe, confidential space, without judgment.
Leadership might feel lonely, but it doesn't have to be. Leadership doesn't have to be something you carry alone.
I'm not going to tell you what to do or pretend I know your organization better than you do.
But I do bring nearly two decades of executive leadership experience in rapidly growing organizations operating in crisis environments. I've made decisions I'm proud of, and I've made decisions I wish I could do over. Both have taught me a great deal about leadership.
